California Privacy Rights

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

This page supplements our Privacy Policy and describes the additional rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

1. We do not sell or share personal information

Prosperity Marketing LLC, doing business as MemberEmberdoes not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. There is nothing to opt out of in that regard, and no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is needed - but you can still set your cookie preferences at any time on our Cookie Preferences page.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

In the twelve months before the Effective Date above, depending on your relationship to us, we may have collected:

  • Identifiers (name, email address, IP address).
  • Commercial information (subscription plan, billing history via ThriveCart).
  • Internet or network activity (pages visited, feature usage on the dashboard).
  • Professional or employment-related information (organization name and role, for Customer staff accounts).
  • Inferences used to operate the product, such as a contact's Warmth Score™, derived from engagement with outreach email.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, or health data) through the site or platform.

3. Sources of personal information

Directly from you (account signup, forms, support messages); automatically through your use of the site or platform; from our Customers, when they upload Contact Data about their own contacts; and from service providers such as our authentication and payment processors.

4. Purposes for collection

To provide and secure the MemberEmber platform, process billing, communicate with you, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations - as described more fully in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your California rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about them and how it has been used and disclosed.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from them, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, security, legal compliance).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable here, since we do not sell or share it).
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (not applicable here, since we do not collect sensitive personal information).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

6. How to exercise your rights

Send a request to , including your name, the email address associated with your account (if any), and a description of your request. We will verify your identity using information you already have on file with us before responding, and will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may still require you to directly verify your identity or confirm the agent's authority.

7. Contact regarding Contact Data

If you are a contact in a Customer organization's uploaded list rather than a MemberEmber account holder, please direct your request to that organization; we act as its service provider for that data and will assist it in responding to you.
