Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through MemberEmber, billed via ThriveCart.

1. Monthly subscriptions

MemberEmberplans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period you choose to cancel mid-cycle.

2. First-payment satisfaction window

If you are not satisfied with MemberEmber within the first 14 days after your first payment on a new subscription, contact us and we will refund that initial payment in full. This window applies once per organization and does not apply to renewal payments on subsequent billing cycles.

3. Renewal payments

Recurring monthly renewal payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or as described in Section 4. To avoid being billed for a period you don't intend to use, cancel before your next renewal date.

4. Billing errors and outages

If you believe you were charged in error, or the service was unavailable for an extended period due to an outage on our end, contact us - we will investigate and issue a full or partial refund or credit where appropriate.

5. How to request a refund

Email with your organization name and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through ThriveCart, typically within 5-10 business days.

6. Plan changes

Upgrading takes effect immediately, with the new plan's price applied on your next billing date, prorated where ThriveCart supports it. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose access to features you've already paid for that period.
