1. What this newsletter is

From time to time, Prosperity Marketing LLC, doing business as MemberEmber sends email about MemberEmber product updates, tips for re-engaging dormant contacts, and occasional offers, to people who have opted in - for example, by submitting a form on our site or checking a signup box. This is separate from, and not the same service as, the outreach email a Customer sends through the platform to its own contacts, which is governed by our Terms of Service.

2. Consent and eligibility

We only add you to the newsletter list with your affirmative opt-in, or because you are a signed-up Customer account holder receiving product updates relevant to your subscription. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

3. Frequency and content

We aim to send newsletter email at a reasonable frequency - typically no more than a few times per month - and will not sell or rent your email address to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Unsubscribing

Every newsletter email includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and stops future newsletter email; it does not affect transactional email tied to an active MemberEmber account (such as billing or security notices), which is necessary for the service itself.

5. Delivery

Newsletter email is sent through our transactional email provider, Resend, on our own platform infrastructure - not through any Customer's connected sending account.
