1. Our content

The text, design, graphics, and software of memberember.com and the MemberEmber platform are owned by Prosperity Marketing LLC, doing business as MemberEmber or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. MemberEmber, Ember Check™, Rekindle Hooks™, and Warmth Score™ are trademarks or service marks of Prosperity Marketing LLC, doing business as MemberEmber. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except as needed to use the platform as licensed under our Terms of Service.

2. AI-generated content and your ownership

Outreach email and research content generated for your organization through the platform is yours to use for your own outreach purposes. We claim no ownership over the specific email drafts, hooks, or reports generated for your account.

3. Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA takedown notice)

If you believe material on memberember.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent below that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it.
  • Your contact information - address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Designated agent

5. Counter-notification

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with: your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
